1/2 cup all purpose flour

2 tbsp corn starch

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup water

1 tbsp sesame oil

Sticky Sesame Sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

2 tsp ground ginger

2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup maple syrup

2 tbsp seasoned rice wine vinegar

1 tbsp corn starch

1/4 cup water

1. Preheat your oven to 425F.

2. In a large bowl, add the flour, corn starch, salt, water and sesame oil. Mix to combine and then add in your cauliflower florets. Toss to evenly coat everything and carefully place the cauliflower on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes.

3. In a small pot, add everything for the sticky sesame sauce except the corn starch and water. Combine the corn starch and water in a smaller separate bowl. Bring the soy maple mixture to a boil and then stir in the corn starch mixture. Mix and warm until thickened.

4. Once the cauliflower is golden brown, toss in a large bowl and add the sticky sesame sauce and mix to coat. Serve with noodles or rice and top with extra sauce, sliced green onions and more sesame seeds! Enjoy :)
